Move over honey and jam—molasses butter is the nostalgic kitchen staple making a comeback. Rich, dark, and deeply flavoured, this simple yet indulgent spread combines the sweetness of molasses with the creamy goodness of butter. The result? A velvety, caramel-like treat that’s perfect on toast, crumpets, scones, or warm biscuits straight from the oven.

Why You’ll Love It

  • Packed with flavour – Molasses has a deep, robust taste that’s richer than honey or maple syrup.
  • Versatile – Use it on toast, muffins, cornbread, pancakes, or even melted over hot roasted vegetables.
  • Naturally sweet – No refined sugar needed, just the natural richness of molasses.
  • Perfect for cosy baking seasons – Ideal for autumn and winter when warm spices and hearty flavours take centre stage.

How to Use Molasses Butter

Molasses butter isn’t just a breakfast treat. Try this:

It also makes a thoughtful gift—just pack it into a small jar with a handwritten label.
