This recipe has gone crazy on my instagram account.
If you are looking for a milk chocolate fudge then you should try this recipe.

This two-ingredient white chocolate caramel fudge is as easy as it gets—and dangerously good. With just a can of caramel and your favourite white chocolate, you can whip up a batch of silky, sweet fudge in minutes. No boiling, no thermometers, no stress.
Why It Works
Using a can of ready-made caramel (like Nestlé Caramel) skips the traditional fudge-making fuss. Combined with melted white chocolate, it sets into a creamy, chewy square with that irresistible caramelised flavour and smooth texture. It’s the ultimate shortcut fudge—and no one will guess how easy it was to make.
Choosing the Right white Chocolate
Not all white chocolate is created equal. For the creamiest results, opt for good quality white chocolate—something you’d happily eat on its own. Cheaper baking options can contain more sugar and less cocoa butter, which can affect how well your fudge sets or tastes.

A Shortcut to Russian Fudge
Traditional Russian fudge is delicious but notoriously tricky—it usually involves boiling sugar, butter, and condensed milk to just the right temperature, then beating it until it thickens and sets. This two-ingredient version is the ultimate shortcut. By using a can of caramel and white chocolate, you skip the hard part completely. You still get that creamy, caramel flavour and a soft, fudge-like texture—without needing a sugar thermometer or risking a burnt pot. It’s all the joy of Russian fudge, with none of the drama
