Place the ingredients into a pot and combine thoroughly

Place over a very low heat and stir constantly ujtil the chcolate has melted.

Take off the heat and stir well until the mixture is glossy.

Pour into the prepared pan and smooth out. Place in the refrigerator until set. Twelve hours is best.

Place in the microwave for 30 second bursts. Stirring after each burst (you should only need to do this 3-4 times).

Once the chocolate has melted, stir well until the mixture is glossy.
