Easy Two Ingredient White Chocolate Fudge

A great alternative to a Russian fudge

Equipment

  • 1 Pot (or)
  • 1 Medium sized heat proof bowl
  • 1 microwave

Ingredients

  • 400 grams good quality white chocolate
  • 1 can caramel 395 grams

Instructions

Pot Method

  • Prepare a small brownie tin
  • Place the ingredients into a pot and combine thoroughly
  • Place over a very low heat and stir constantly ujtil the chcolate has melted.
  • Take off the heat and stir well until the mixture is glossy.
  • Pour into the prepared pan and smooth out. Place in the refrigerator until set. Twelve hours is best.

Microwave Method

  • Prepare a small brownie tin
  • Place the ingredients into your heat proof bowl and combine.
  • Place in the microwave for 30 second bursts. Stirring after each burst (you should only need to do this 3-4 times).
  • Once the chocolate has melted, stir well until the mixture is glossy.
  • Pour into the prepared pan and smooth out. Place in the refrigerator until set. Twelve hours is best.
