Express Everyday Waffles
A quick and easy waffle recipe made using only a Nutribullet (or kitchen blender) and a bowl.

- 60 g melted butter
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla essence or extract
- 2 cups self raising flour
- ½ cup caster sugar
Melt the butter and set aside to cool a little.
Plug in and heat the waffle maker.
Place the dry ingredients in to the bowl.
Place all the wet ingredients into your nutribullet and whizz for one minute until all ingredients are creamy in colour.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and combine using a dough whisk. Set aside for 5 minutes for the proteins to relax.
Our the required amount of batter into the waffle maker and cook re your makers instructions.
I place mine onto a wire rack once cooked, so the bottoms don't go soggy. To keep warm place the wire rack into the oven on a very low temperature. Be careful as you don't want them to dry out.
