Overnight Coffee Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats (or rice flakes for a gluten free option)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup cold strong coffee
  • ¼ cup milk (or DF alternative)
  • ¼ cup greek yoghurt (or DF alternative)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (or vanilla)
  • a small banana

Instructions

  • Combine all of the ingredients together in a small bowl or jar (a jar is useful if you wish to transport your breakfast the next morning).
  • Cover and place in the fridge to chill overnight.
  • In the morning slice the banana on top of the oats and enjoy.
