Homemade Jellies
This is a great healthy alternative to store bought jellies and packet jelly.

Ingredients
500
mls
boiling water
¼-½
cup
lemon cordial
(see my recipe for Nancy's lemon cordial)
2
tbsp
powdered gelatine
raspberries
(add your desired amount)
Instructions
Pour the cordial and boing water into a heat proof jug.
Carefully taste the liquid and decide if you would like to add more cordial. Add enough for your desired taste.
Sprinkle the powdwered gealtine over the cordial mixture and whisk until all the gelatine has been dissolved.
Place the raspberries (or fruit of choice) into the bottom of each of your jars or containers.
Pour the liquid over the top of the fruit.
Place the jellies in the fridge to set.
