You may choose to make it in your bread maker, in the cake mixer or by hand.
Bread Maker - choose the dough setting. It will kneed it and allow the dough to rise once.
Cake mixer - place all dough ingredients in the cake mixer with the dough hook attachment. Kneed until the dough is elastic and smooth. Cover with a damp tea towel and allow to rise in a warm spot.
By Hand - Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and combine. Use clean hands to kneed the dough on a clean floured surface. Kneed until the dough is smooth and elastic. Place back into the bowl (cleaned and oiled) cover with a damp tea towel and allow to rise in a warm spot.
Once the dough has risen once. Punch down with a clean hand and turn out onto a clean and floured surface.
Use a rolling pin to roll a rectangle shape (about 40cmx20cm).
Preheat your oven to 200℃
