One Pot Chocolate Zucchini Brownie
Another delicious way to use zucchini in your daily cooking.
- 300 grams grated zucchini
- 1 tsp salt
- 200 grams dark chocolate
- 150 grams butter
- 200 grams castor sugar
- 3 eggs
- 150 grams plain standard flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celsius
Prepare the brownie pan. You could use a reusable liner or a compostable baking paper. Begin with grating the zucchini and sprinkling with a little salt. Sit to the side and let the moisture drain from the zucchini .
Melt the chocolate and butter over a low heat.
Take the chocolate off the heat and add the sugar. Mix until combined.
Drain the moisture off the zucchini and add to the chocolate mixture.
Add the eggs one at a time and mix well after each addition.
Fold through the flour and baking soda.
Bake for 25 minutes.
